Plenty of room, easy to organize

I'm a notorious over-packer. I rarely fly because it keeps me from bringing everything I want. Recently ordered this new carry-on to use on a vacation including flying. I managed to pack all my clothes and shoes for a 10-day trip in this suitcase! The only part I didn't pack in this bag were my toiletries, which i put in my backpack with my electronics and snacks. Granted, it was summer - 5 pair shorts, 7 tanks, 5 bathing suits, gym shoes, sandals, a skirt, one pair of leggings, 2 tshirts, a long sleeve shirt. Two sets of pajamas, many pairs of socks and underwear and sports bras... maybe more, I can't remember. ALL fit without expanding the suitcase so it was still carry-on compliant. You pack in both sides of the suitcase as it opens like a book. One side has a mesh zip "flap" to keep it all in, and the other has a more traditional criss-cross elastic band to keep clothes anchored. This is probably the best suitcase I have ever purchased - I bought two more, one for each teen daughter, and we were all happy with the results and had plenty of room. And yes - I still brought home plenty of clothes I never wore, since we were at the beach and spent most of our time in bathing suits!!

Item came bent and damaged on one side when received. Very unhappy. The material isn’t as sturdy as I thought it would be.

I should’ve listened to the reviews, but other people’s dents weren’t as bad as this one. I’ve tried stepping on it, pulling it out the dent is really deep and there’s no way to get it out. I bought this because I needed an affordable large suitcase for my trip to Miami next month, and all the suitcases I found were either too expensive or wouldn’t be here in time. I bought this hoping it would be good but it’s not sturdy at all. Can’t even imagine how it would look after a trip

Zipper completely broke before first flight - Seriously?!?

Packed and in line at airport for overseas flight using these for the first time. I unzipped the suitcase to place my jacket inside and the zipper completely broke and the suitcase had no way to close. I had to run to a store and buy two expensive straps to secure both ways, but it was still a worry that the bags would break open and I would lose everything inside. For an American Tourister idea this was shocking and disappointing. I’m not sure if I can still return or find a solution for the zippers.

As I've not had the chance to try this product yet, I will only base my review on the unboxing phase.
The product arrived on time (as estimated) and in a closed box. The luggage is really light, although the material really looks like some kind of low quality plastic instead of a hardside material (that I saw in other hardside luggages). Overall the the product also feels breakable, if we consider all the mechanical stresses it would be go through during the travels!

I've traveled overseas several times and was looking for large 28 inch luggage to check in. I loved this color and it moves nicely. What I didn't like was the material of the luggage. When you check in luggages, people that are working just throw your luggage around and don't care really. The material of this luggage is like one of those children's pools that you get for 5 dollars. It can easily be dented if someone threw it. It's hard shelled but not as hard shelled as I thought it would be.. Overall, not a good buy. Maybe for a carry on!

It is super pretty but the material is flimsy and the outside got a bunch of scratches the very first flight and I cannot get them off. Super light and can fit a lot of stuff, easy to move around. Wouldn't consider it a hardside luggage, more like a thick plastic. Not very good quality though, didn't even last a day.

Got this gift on our wedding registry. Loved it, and it was seeming to meet all our needs. After just one trip to our honeymoon destination (was a month after purchase, so wasn’t able to order a refund from Amazon), this happened. I sent a message to the company directly and have yet to hear from them. Not impressed with the product or their customer service. Will consider a 5* review if given a proper replacement.

Not your tradition American Tourister hard case. This is very flimsy, appears easy to crack. I would not trust in on an airplane. I will be using it for road trips in my car and hopefully it will last long enough to get my money's worth.
