This book delves into the great tools and tips to make a relationship work and last. And to make sure both parties are happy and content. I've been married for 14 years and I still found useful information in this book. Like making time for intimate conversations with your spouse. Or making sure you use clarity in your communications. The occasional pillow fight, the game of tag in the yard, and the piggy-back ride can help keep your relationship fresh, youthful, and fun. Establishing some level of playful interaction every day is important to defeating the boredom that can settle over a lifetime of seeing each other daily. The more effort you place in this endeavor, the better the rewards are for a lifetime. Let’s face it when both partners have to work several days a week, the most likely times to spend a few moments around each other is in the morning and evening. Add a bit of playful conversations to your normal routines of making breakfast, drinking coffee, or settling in for an evening in front of the television. It’s the perfect time to tell your partner about the funny things that happened during your day, a crazy dream from the night before, or find a couple of funny videos to stream on your smartphone. You can look up lists of bizarre and funny trivia. Anything to leave you and your partner laughing is the right direction to go. Both partners should partake in choosing and planning enjoyable activities, but don’t wait around for the other person to make the first move. Talk with them about the intended goal of livening things up and begin planning strategic activities that are fun for both of you. It’s time to stretch your limits and get involved in new things.

I have been with my partner for 15 years, amd so we know each other well. This book's later chapters are most helpful to couples who ahve been together longer. They focus more on how to argue constructively and in a healthy way, how to freshen up intimacy, staying open and honest, etc. These are the skills I find get "stale" without putting in the effort they require.
This is a great read to build or develop relationship skills. You can learn how to communicate effectively, work together to overcome conflicts. I thought there was no way I could get back my relationship. My girlfriend and I were very happy and then, I don’t know how or when, we started having awful fights I would have never imagined we’d have. I thought I was going to have to say goodbye to a relationship of years but this book is full of useful information that will make you think a lot and realize that relationships can’t be one-sided and that both parts have to row the boat! Communication problems between couples are very common and not everyone knows how to treat them. This book is the perfect help to deal with these types of problems. There is a part of the book where it mentions that we can do things that help our relationship, but that would be useless if we do not stop the bad habits that destroy it. You will find that kind of advice and many more in this book. Go and buy it.
I like it because the advice he gives is very precise and the situations he gives as an example are very everyday things in couples. In the introduction he talks about why these problems occur, whether it is lack of communication or indifference on the part of either of the two. It has a lot of content, a lot of topics to read. It is super useful and practical.
I will be clear at first, my girl and I were so happy, until a certain thing made our relationship hang by a fine thread, we almost finished, but thanks to this book and how it teaches on how to deal with problems in the relationship. I read it to fix broken glasses and get back with the girl of my dreams, and not let her go and fight for the relationship.
