No artificial sweeteners!!

I am extremely happy with this product. It is so hard to find a protein powder that doesn't use artificial sweeteners AND doesn't break the bank!

This is sweetened with ONLY stevia. There is no weird, bitter aftertaste either! Now, I am used to stevia, I use it in other things, so bear that in mind, but this stuff is amazing! I mixed it into 8 oz of unsweetened almond milk with my blender bottle and it mixed just fine. No clumping at all. Nice and smooth and lightly chocolatey.

So all in all, an amazing find! I will absolutely be buying again!

I used to get this product from Costco, but since COVID has limited in person shopping options, I have opted to try to find this product online. Luckily Amazon had the product, but not in the 5lb tub that Costco uses, but I assumed it would at least be the same product and standard. As I read through reviews to verify, many verified it is the same product, but many received the product expired. Since, there were so many review like this, but written a couple months ago, I assumed the distributor would have fixed this issue. This is not the case!

The product I received was manufactured in April of 2019 and expires in April of 2021. So it still technically has a couple more months of "freshness", but doesn't taste or smell like the costco version. The costco version tasted deep, rich, and chocolatey even when I mixed it with water. This product smells like soured milk and tastes like plastic with a hint of yoohoo.

Will not buy this product from amazon/vendor again. Just get it from Costco.

Costco sell it $16 cheaper ... read before you buy

I don’t know if what I got was the real product! I fond it at Costco for $16 less the package look a like but the one at Costco was a bit smaller ( the same weight amount on both package) the chocolate flavors a little different, the one from Amazon got my stomach problems in the one from Costco doesn’t make my stomach hurts !
The Amazon flavor is very sweet and the one from Costco is less sweet chocolate flavor.
Both packages look a like as far as the locals in the writing & weight, but the size of the bag are totally different.

The fact that they sell it for $16 more then Costco for what I think was no genuine product... wish Amazon had a way to check it , and make sure no one selling us fake products!

Didnt read review before buy it. After 2 scoops with lactose free milk mixed, it gave me upset stomach with nausea. Lasted about 20 hours. Then i decided to read reviews if it was just me and found out i am not the only one. Returned the item immediately

Bad flavor, past its shelf life

There is something completely off about the flavor. We usually purchase this exact item from Costco, and have compared the two bags side-by-side. We could tell immediately after opening this bag that the smell was off, and after mixing it with water like usual, the flavor was also different and unappetizing. We received the shipment in December 2020, and the expiration date is May 2021, which seems too soon. It might be that this brand has a shorter shelf life than they claim. I would stick to ordering this from another source.

What's with the pungent mold smell?

When opening the bag it completely smells like mold. I tried a couple scoops (1 scoop two times) anyway and there's not much flavor.

I'd honestly like a refund, not sure I can use this. The whole smells like mold thing makes me nervous for my health.

Protein is absolutely unpalatable to me. I’ve tried various of their other products, and so I foolishly assumed I could count on this one to be of the same quality as the others. I was wrong. It it’s the absolute worst tasting protein I’ve ever had the misfortune of tasting. I white literally gagged after drinking this. Terrible taste during and after, I would not recommend and for the brave double scoopers out here, this think will make you wish you were dead with just one scoop don’t do two.

Item was manufactured back in 2019 and expires a bit later this 2021. If it was a single use product, it wouldn’t be an issue but bulk products requiere some more shelf life.

Just bought (2) bags of this on Amazon Prime a few days ago. Both bags have a manufactured date of 05/2019. (This is mid 09/2020!) That means this product has been sitting somewhere for "17" months. Are you kidding me? Be aware, this product is near expiration.
