Not terribly Substantial
Reviewed in the United States on March 17, 2020
I really, really wanted to like this book. It was well written and had a lot of great content, but it wasn't terribly substantial in the self-help realm. I assumed from the title of the book that I would learn exactly how to truly grasp that I am enough (something we all truly struggle with, even if we're not willing to admit it to ourselves yet) and I don't feel like I really got anything in the way of a daily practice or mindset shift to help me actually get to the point where I truly am enough. Perhaps in the $3,000 Bootcamp you're encouraged (multiple times) to sign up for when you sign up for the book bonuses I might get what I'm looking for, but I certainly didn't find it in this book. I read TONS of self-help, personal and professional development books and I feel that this book left me truly wanting the "answer" to a deeply burning question and I didn't really get it in the end.
