How customer reviews and ratings work

Customer Reviews, including Product Star Ratings help customers to learn more about the product and decide whether it is the right product for them.

To calculate the overall star rating and percentage breakdown by star, we don’t use a simple average. Instead, our system considers things like how recent a review is and if the reviewer bought the item on Amazon. It also analyzed reviews to verify trustworthiness.

5.0 out of 5 starsA MUCH-NEEDED SOURCEBOOK
Reviewed in the United States on August 3, 2020
There are so many resources for high-fantasy RPGs that it is incredibly difficult to find generic sourcebooks for sci-fi RPGs. This is one of two volumes that corrects this problem. There are over 20 tables here, each with 100 entries which is perfect for rolling a d100.

In this volume there are space station names, encounter ideas, ship failures, items, diseases, metal alloys, etc, but the best one is the illegal drugs, which describes what the drug looks like, how it is ingested, what the effects (and side effects) are, and its addictiveness.

This is a brilliant book and it's nice to have something like this available.

As advertised, its a book full of charts. want to name the drink the players just drunk? There is a chart.
Want a name for the city they are in? There's a chart. Want a name for a random disease they just caught? A chart.

Its system generic, so you can use this with ANY SFRPG (such as Traveller, Starfinder, Star Trek, etc) and any cyberpunk game as well.

Worth the $8.

5.0 out of 5 stars Great tables!

This had some really great tables to help add extra flavor to designing a game. My favorite was probably the tables of illicit drugs with their effects and how addictive they were, because I wasn't expecting it. Very nice detailed lists of things that can be in a cargo bay as well.

This book looks gorgeous. It is full of great science fiction random tables for any science fiction campaign. You can use this book whether you're playing star wars, star trek or anything else. The author paid special attention to certain tables such as the "illegal drugs" table, which details 100 drugs, their uses, side effects, chance of addiction, etc! My favorite tables are the "Space Encounters" and "Rumors from a Spaceport Bar"! If you are looking to play science fiction role playing, this is a must.

meh. The tables are ok. Some are really corny. There's a few good ones. Its easy to use though with the table of contents. And some of the other tables are pretty funny. So you get what you pay for. I'm collecting all of them, and all together, they are a good reference to have

4.0 out of 5 stars A place to start for brainstorming sci-fi quest ideas

A nice place to start for finding ideas for a sci fi campaign. A couple tables were a bit disappointing because they were just things like computer codes. Not really useful for adventure plot ideas, but overall I’m pretty happy with some of the prompt ideas.

I've been running table top role-playing games for decades. I've created many random useful tables for my games and found many on the net. THIS book is pure gold. The tables are USEFUL and well thought out. if you run sci-fi games, get this book and save yourself a lot of work and be surprised at the results.

This book has been incredibly helpful with my Starfinder campaign! Excellent tables and subjects. Last week we used this (and other resources) and my players went through a randomly generated space station. I highly recommend :-)
