Odd company with no customer service number and no specs/info sheet in box
Reviewed in the United States on January 7, 2020
When I received the Nekteck power strip surge protector, the box didn't contain any information about the company or even a sheet with the specs/info on the device. When I plugged it in, an amber light lit up - which raised concerns there was a problem. (With my other surge protectors, there's usually a green light or no light at all if it's working properly). So, I wanted to contact the company - but quickly discovered it doesn't offer a customer service phone number - which raised some red flags for me. In fact, its site doesn't even offer background information on the company itself, which raised more red flags. It did offer an email address - but who knows how long - if ever - they'll respond back to me.
Just seems really shady - and I don't think I want to trust all of my electronics on a product, whose secretive company offers no customer service. ... .Just offering a warning to anyone considering this product or company.
