Love the creativity but needs work especially on incorrect codes

We are huge escape game fans and enthusiasts so play whatever games whenever we can. In terms of story these are some of the best games for Echo, but we are really frustrated with these out of nowhere codes that are used that make the game take HOURS longer than it should. A linear escape game should go from A to B to C not from A to Q.
For example, the lock box code for the zoo game is pretty ridiculous and requires people to turn letters into numbers in a way that’s not common in these kind of games. It’s a near fatal flaw. The safe code in the hospital game took us an hour because we didn’t realize: that the creators would put an anagram in thinking that it would alert us to use a real life technology term. If it’s not mentioned in the game or alluded to in the game it shouldn’t be used, period
We sprung an extra $4 for the spaceship game, and it was a little better but one of the puzzles had downright incorrect math in it (distance needed to travel) so we had to ask for six hints before we finally realized what they wanted us to do. There’s also a glitch where once you used an item on the space suit (oxygen tank) it forgot you used it and kept referring to it as missing, AND it would combine two items together. For example, if you said, “use screwdriver on Sheet metal” it would say “you can say use screwdriversheetmetal plus an object you’d like to use it on.”
Love the creativity but these games need more work.
