Amazon calculates a product’s star ratings based on a machine learned model instead of a raw data average. The model takes into account factors including the age of a rating, whether the ratings are from verified purchasers, and factors that establish reviewer trustworthiness.

Fun interactive toy. My boys love superheros, so they loved getting this and putting it together. My almost 7 year old helped out my almost 5 year old & they both love it. It also comes with a mini figure which they like to play with. Great interactive opportunity for them.

This might not be my favorite out of the different Lego sets I have got for my nephews over the years, but it's not like this set is really geared for me anyway. The set includes 150+ pieces which is the perfect amount for my 5 1/2 year old nephew. (The more pieces in a set, the more likely he is to eventually lose interest) And or course because it is a Marvel character and you can play with it as an action figure that means that kids have more fun after the initial building of the set. As with any other Lego set, there are instructions included and the quality of the pieces is good. Definitely recommend for children who like Spider-man. It looks like there are other options for sets like this one but with a different Marvel superhero featured instead.
The Spider-Man Mech set includes 3 numbered bags, 1 bag of web pieces, a small sticker sheet, and the instruction booklet.
As of right now, this set is one of three Marvel mechs available at this price and size, the other two being Thanos and Iron Man. Thanos and Iron Man easily translate to mechs, but I wasn’t sure what to think of Spider-Man as one.
The mech is quite poseable, as the arms and legs are ball and socket joints, and have multiple spots of articulation. The spider legs on the back are cool looking. I could honestly see this as a desk toy for adults, especially if you like making funny poses with it.
The included Spider-Man minifig is basic, with only a printed torso and a one-sided head print.
The kids enjoyed making this kit. It was quick, maybe 15 minutes and was taken apart almost as quickly and built into other things. As a model, it did not seem to inspire the kids much, and I have to say that it didn't to much for me either. There are some nice pieces and nice to have another spiderman mini figure, but I think this will be relegated to the box of pieces rather that display. It's still Lego and the kids still had fun, but only a good set, not great.
