Customer Reviews, including Product Star Ratings help customers to learn more about the product and decide whether it is the right product for them.
To calculate the overall star rating and percentage breakdown by star, we don’t use a simple average. Instead, our system considers things like how recent a review is and if the reviewer bought the item on Amazon. It also analyzed reviews to verify trustworthiness.
Honestly, I’d never heard of the author or the series until I stumbled upon this in my Kindle Unlimited collection. Thriller books are my favorite and I was on a 7 hour road trip and decided why the eff not. So glad I did and can’t believe I waited so long! I finished the complete series in 2 and a half days! I couldn’t put it down. I’m adding all the other titles available to me by the author now and I can’t wait to read those as well!
My first book by Jeff Menapace was Caleb. That was such a fantastic book that it got me hooked on this author. The only regret is not starting at the beginning with Bad Games. Caleb was listed as a bestseller but I wish I'd known to start with Bad Games. No big deal as the author seamlessly introduced Caleb without having had to read the beginning stories. Now I've read them all and will need to reread Caleb again.
It makes me so happy to find an author who can give me chills, pause, disgust, and entertainment all in one. Many times I had to put down the story to get the bad thoughts out of my head. Jeff Menapace must have some deep dark thoughts and dreams to be able to write so descriptively.
Thank You for giving me such a great ride. Eventually I'll read all his books. They're worth every dime.
Jeff Menapace has got to be my favorite writer. The details and imagination needed for his style is off the hook. I’ve listened to all of his books and without sounding crazy, I’d love to have his brain lol. Creepy, twisted and having the ability to create the good, bad and the ugly and to keep you stuck in the storyline is incredible. I can’t really say what books of his are my favorite, but Bad Games is crazy awesome. I’ve read Caleb twice now and can’t wait for another one. Oh yeah Gary Tiedemann has got to be one if not the best narrator you could have taking us on these crazy journeys.
these are some the absolutely most sadistic books I have ever read...I LOVED every one of them...my favorite genre of psychological thrillers has discovered a new favorite author for me...it pushed the boundaries of violence and sadism that others seem wary of doing...the graphic description of every vile scene will make the hair on the back of your neck stand up...brilliant writing with well thought out characters and the numerous twists and turns from page to page and book to book...they will keep you turning the pages until you are done...I sincerely hope that there is a spin-off from the last book...there is way too much potential that would be wasted in the remaining characters...if you are a fan of this genre...you absolutely can not miss out on this series...
