The product is very good for kids, it's light and flexible to use. The issue is with the power button, we bought one in Feb 2020 and the power button got disoriented after 3 weeks of use and we could no longer use the headphones. Wanted to give it another try because we really liked the flexibility of the piece and bought another one in March. In 2 months the second one got the same issue with the power button. We bought insurance through amazon the second time and they don't want to do anything because the product still has manufacturers warranty. We tried to reach iclever with no use, there is no customer service number, just an email and we emailed twice with no response. Will not buy this again if the manufacturer does not care about the product after they sold it and obviously about the customer.
Edit: The 3rd party supplier got back to us after we filed a complaint through Amazon. Thanks to that, they sent us another piece for free. Too bad though, it didn’t solve the underlying issue. Power button needs to be redesigned. It broke in a couple of months again. This is quite disappointing.
