Have had the pans for a few weeks and while boiling water the lid spontaneously shattered. We werent even touching the pot or lid. This is extremely dangerous and would not recommende these. Please see the attached pictures!
I love these pans so much. I had a stainless steal set that everything would stick to, so I decided I needed to make a change. A couple things to note: please use them as directed. They do get very hot from medium to low heat, so don't start them on a high heat. Also try not to use metal utensils on them but if you do be very gentle and you will be fine. Also, I have hand washed mine since I've had them (honestly so easy to clean) so I can't say how they hold up in the dishwasher. The little tiny pan is sooo perfect for making over easy eggs in.
I had been searching for a small frying pan for a while and was so glad I found this at a great price. Just perfect for a breakfast for one. Eggs 🥚 slide around like ice skaters in a rink, nothing sticks in it. The key to keeping the pan like new is very simple. Don’t use high heat and always add a little butter or oil first and then add whatever you like. Also, wash by hand in the sink. Keeping this in mind I have to say my little pan still looks like new and I love ❤️ it!
Every year I buy new pots and pans because they seem to scratch or stick, etc. I bought some of these for my apartment in October and just bought a full set for my house as well. They are amazing. I don't think these will be replaced each year as they have managed to remain very easy to clean and nonstick. I love them!!! I even love the wooden utensils that were shipped with the package. Well done.
My only regret is that I want another skillet exactly like this one and cannot find one. I love these pans. But I seem to use that saute' pan for every meal. It is perfect for just about everything from scrambled eggs to steaming broccoli and everything in between. Nothing sticks. Clean up is a breeze.
We've had these for 7 months now and use at least once per day. We almost didn't purchase because of a couple of negative reviews, but I'm glad we went for it. I also wanted to wait a bit before writing a review just in case we had any of the reported issues... but based on feedback from others, my guess is people don't take the time to read instructions. We follow 3 basic rules: don't cook on high heat, don't clean with an abrasive sponge, and don't use cooking spray. We've had zero issues, and they still function and look like new.
The non stick has started to ware away but I do use these every day. The turquoise enamel outside still looks great. However, even with the surface scratched and scuffed from normal use over the past year, they still cook very well. Nothing sticks as long as there is a bit of oil in the pan like there should be.
The only drawback is they don't hold heat well with an electric stove. They cool off very quickly when reducing the heat since the heating element turns off unlike lowering the flame on a gas stove.
Overall though, for the value and longevity of them, I would buy them again and recommend them.
I have an induction range and also have one of those heavy magnetic disks you can put on the induction burner to get hot on its own and heat a non-magnetic pan. I got tired of my fussy heavy-duty 8" Circulon fry pan because it was a little hard to clean, the coating with the little raised circles was fragile to clean after a couple of years and actually a little too big anyway for frying one egg or burger. This little ceramic pan is comfortable to handle, nicely lightweight, and unbelievably easy to clean. Based on prior reviews I used a little butter in the pan for my eggs/omelets and they nearly slide off the pan. I haven't tried anything yet with no oil or butter so can't say how that works or not; will eventually try and update if relevant. I've had this for a few weeks; used half a dozen times, been washing by hand because it's so freakin' easy (!) and ready to go next day without having to wait for a dishwasher load. I highly recommend it :).
I bought the smaller eggs size pan! It will hold 2 jumbo eggs, either fried or scrambled! Very easy to clean. Heat on medium, use very little butter or oil, not needed! Cook on medium low, high heat not needed. Even heat distribution on any surface! I have a ceramic cook top and it works great!
Love these pots and pans. I use them daily and am so impressed with the nonstick quality - so easy to cook with and even easier to clean up. Follow the care instructions and they should last you a long time. I put dish towels in between them when stacking them in the cupboard so they don't scratch. Don't use metal cooking utensils. Wait until they're completely cool before soaking or washing. Cook only on medium or low heat - this is the one that was the hardest to get used to. The first time I cooked pasta, it took forever. Now I cover the pot when bringing the water to a boil and while cooking and it cooks much faster.
