I'm always amazed at how skillfully children's books are translated into Spanish (or English). I own this Spanish ebook but I borrowed the English version from my daughter's preschool just because I was so curious about how it might have been formatted in two different languages. Different books present different challenges for translation. Some books rhyme in their original language, so the translator has to try to come up with rhyming text in the target language. This book is based on the alphabet. It gives a different strategy for each letter, from creating art to playing music. It was interesting to see the differences between the Spanish and English versions and what the translator did when faced with the Spanish "ñ." What starts with ñ and would still make sense in the context of this book?! This is the type of book that both kids and adults can appreciate. I recommend buying a copy in both languages for anyone who works with school-age kids.
