No pictures, vague recipes.

I really liked that the recipes were so simple, however after trying a few I was disappointed that the instructions were a little vague, for example I made the collard green pasta, and it does not say what kind of cuts you should use on the greens, collard greens are huge. Also it said to add a half a cup of pasta water... which you throw a half a cup of bread crumbs on top of... I don’t understand how that was supposed to make sauce.
My biggest complaint is that there are no pictures. You have an idea of what you are making but you really just have to guess and hope you did it right.
Also it would be helpful if the recipes in the meal plan Had the page number next to it so you could quickly flip to it.
Oh well hopefully they will improve with the next edition, this one was a miss but I liked the direction they were going.
