Not Biblically Based

I was excited to find a children’s book that claimed to share the true meaning of Easter. Assuming it would tell the Biblical account of Jesus’ death, burial, and resurrection on a child’s comprehension level, I downloaded it. I’m glad it was free, because I won’t be reading this to anyone. The illustrations are sweet, but saying Jesus became God when He was born again, rather than teaching children the truth that Jesus was always God, and that he conquered sin and death, and rose from the grave, would only serve to further confuse children about the real meaning of Easter.
