To calculate the overall star rating and percentage breakdown by star, we don’t use a simple average. Instead, our system considers things like how recent a review is and if the reviewer bought the item on Amazon. It also analyzes reviews to verify trustworthiness.
Excellent book written by authors who value the customers experience and uses their expertise to give a first class service. Particularly liked Rob's article where he shows that it is more than just selling the product its engaging with the customer first and giving them options that they would not have thought of. Well written. Well recommended.
OK, I'm obviously very biased because I contributed to this book (Chapter Five - "How to Get a C level Meeting") but I really do think there's some excellent articles that will help any sales person or sales leader - especially those who sell high value products and services B2B to senior executives - to sell a lot more.
