The Kyron Federation has come to Earth to enslave us and use us for breeding soldiers for their was efforts. They are indoctrinating our young children to accept them and their brutal ways. (Does that sound familiar.) By the the time the children are old enough, they are more than willing to “ascend” and become hybrids with the avian species. As usual, when I read one of Jasper’s books, I see parallels to our current society. I like books that give me something to think about. Jasper never disappoints! There are always enough twists and turns to keep me interested. This one gets another five stars from me. The aliens in this book are my worst nightmare.
