I've been on keto for almost a year & have lost a lot of weight. For me, one of the foods I've missed the most is cereal. I've tried other keto based granolas & cereals & they've tasted like garbage. I can't tell you how much money I've wasted.
I bought this cinnamon pecan granola & I almost wept it was so delicious. I'm so happy that I have finally have found a treat for breakfast on the weekend besides eggs, meat, or something with almond flour. Tried it w/ almond milk & it was delish. Next weekend, I'm gonna try it w/ a few tablespoons of lo carb Greek yogurt. This stuff is amazing!
