Top critical review
Has some great information and work/tips, but otherwise is disorganized and rambling.

I was very excited when this book came out, because I follow the author on Instagram and think he has great insight and advice for people.
The topic of knowing yourself, being in touch with yourself, dropping into your body, living and experiencing life, is super important. The book contains some great stories about the author and some of his clients, exemplifying some of the things that happen to us in life and how we can get back to our true selves.
There are some great gems, information, and exercises in the book as well.
However I found the book to be somewhat scattered, disorganized. It's sort of like a stream of thought, with tips and exercises sprinkled here and there. So it takes a while to get to the meat of the book that is more useful to help the reader. The meat, or actionable tips and advice, is also kind of sparse, I felt. At least it's short and a quick read.
