Not like the first one...

Definitely preferred Axl and Monica story (Book 1). Book 2 is not as engaging. It is predictable and rushed. Did not like the heroine at all. She had no reason to push Felix away and to be so disrespectful as well. I enjoyed the parts that focused on Axl and Monica. Overall the book felt more like an ongoing epilogue of Book 1, the only reason I gave it any stars. Also, the brief parts with the quite and carefree Adam has me wanting to read his story; hoping there will be more character development. And I hope the author puts a bit more into telling his story. For the love of of things great, do not make a weak and angry heroine as was done with Kierra.
