Amaya Black books are new reads for me. While I have somewhat liked the five books I have read thus far, I am so tired and frustrated with all the grammatically incorrect words. I have seen alter when it should have been altar; except when it should have been accept; intense and purposes when it should have been intent and purpose, etc. Amaya DEFINITELY NEED to invest in an editor...someone who definitely knows how to correct and edit grammar and sentence structures.
As for Kane and Teegan, they appeared to have come a long way from book 1. I cannot wait to see if, when, and how their happily ever after will play out. I hope Teegan gets the chance to put a bullet center mass in Cedric's heart and just for sh-ts and giggles, one in between the eyes. As for Amber, I think she may be more like her mother than she wants to admit. I think Santana needs to get off the drugs, open his eyes and realize that he has a deadly snake slithering around him.
