Almost had a zero star rating...please read why I changed my mind

I ordered a used one of these solar panels from Amazon Warehouse at a discounted price. When I received the item I put it under the sun without connecting it for a few days as recommended. I live in Las Vegas were it's almost always sunny. When I went to hook up the solar panel to the camera. Nothing happened. I thought maybe it needed a few more days to charge up or the spot I had it in was getting partial sunlight. Again nothing happened. I even tried leaving the panel plugged in to see if it would trickle charge when the sun hit.
After a few days of trying different things I decided to return this panel and be done with this brand. But I then thought I would return this one and try another one one more time. After receiving my "new" used one from Amazon Warehouse, I exchanged the old panel for the new one in the same exact spot, and waited 3 days to charge it up. After the 3 days of charging, I plugged in the panel and immediately it started charging the camera. The camera went from 12% charge to 68% by the end of the day.
The first panel was a dud. I wanted to give it zero stars but then I realized it's not the companies fault I received a bad used unit. The reviews are supposed to reflect the products and service from the company, not Amazon. I've been very happy with the new solar panel so far. The zero star rating goes to Amazon Warehouse's quality control for not inspect the first solar panel and repackaging a defective unit and selling it again. Luckily Amazon has a great replacement / exchange policy, but there was many days wasted to see if the original panel would work. In the end I would definitely buy again for my other cameras.
