I LOVE this suitcase. All of the reviews were right, this thing is big and durable and just all around perfect. Two awesome flaps with storage, and it rolls around 360 degrees very easily. The gold isn’t too bright/yellow gold either. You will love this thing!! Hope the pictures help!

It's not 22 X 14 X 9

This product is NOT 22 X 14 X 9 to 11 inches.
I measured it. It is 23 X 14 X 10 to 11 inches.
If you have a grumpy gate agent who follows airline rules of 22 X 14 X 9 inches to the letter, you will get to find out how well this carry on tolerates being gate checked.

We finally got to use this luggage on our first vacation since COVID began and the luggage did not even last one trip without breaking. The zipper that expands the luggage broke off and now is permanently expanded. It was just its FIRST trip. Highly disappointing based on the money we paid for this.

Broke on the first flight

I never write reviews but was pretty upset with the durability of this suitcase. I just bought this last week for a trip and initially was in love with it! The maneuverability was great and the size/pockets was perfect. However, the durability was far from ideal. It broke the first flight I took with it, one of the wheels completely gone and the other hanging by a thread. There was a huge chunk out of the plastic. See pictures.
I tried to contact the company for a replacement without success. Very disappointed for the waste of money.

I was so excited to get this and then it arrived with a broken zipper, for the price it should not have any issues. I won’t order big purchases like this from amazon, could have gotten better quality from macy’s for cheaper. The only positive was the color looks good and the 28 is large and looks like it would fit a lot.

I loved this bag at first but unfortunately it just wasn’t as sturdy as it should have been for the price. I took it on one trip and went to pick it up from baggage claim only to find one of the wheels barely hanging on by a piece of the plastic outer shell. I thought it would last longer than this because I bought the carry on size months ago and have taken it on multiple trips with no issues or damage at all.

23 inches tall - too tall for Carry on

This is 23 inches tall with the wheels and the handle which is an inch too tall for most domestic carry-on’s, so that is why I rated it one star because this is false advertising. However if you don’t care about it being carry-on , it seems like a nice suitcase.

Loved the color. The handle isn't not sturdy and I kept thinking it will break as I rolled it up to the check-in counter. The material used and I guess it is to make the suitcase light weight is not durable. It cracked after my first trip and one of the wheels came off. Manufacturers should strongly consider redesigning keeping in mind suitcases go from one plane to the other during international flights.

Ordered the carry on size hard case in rose gold — it’s lovely, except that it arrived dented in the corner and it cannot be fixed. Frustrating! If it dents that easily in the mail, how is it going to survive airports and travel??? Not impressed.

It’s pretty and lightweight, easy to maneuver. But the zipper came off the track while I was closing it after packing it to come back from my vacation, causing me to have to buy a new carryon while I was out of the country. Super frustrating and a waste of money
