I purchase a protection plan for my Samsung phone for two years for 150$. Last week my phone broke, when I tried to submit the claim online, their website didn't let me do it, I tried to use chat support, it also didn't work, then I called them, and I been told that I have to pay additionally 107$, then schedule the appointment with their service center (the closest one to me almost 1 and a half-hour drive from me) and then service center will decide can they fix it or I can get my reimbursement. So conclusion, no phone, no help, to get phone fix or get reimbursement I have to take a day off, lose more money, and I have to pay the additional fee. PERFECT OFFICIAL SCAM!
