An excellent read for any parent or caregiver of twins – or actually, for any children! The book is full of practical day-to-day tips and tricks such as the double burp, how to get out of the house solo and figuring out the all important nap schedule. The authors also sprinkle in humor and amazing illustrations all while admitting that life with kids is not perfect with real life stories along the way. It is a fun read - highly recommend!

I'm so glad to have found this book and will now be gifting it to all parents new to this incredible experience of all things times TWO.
This book is genius and a must read/perfect gift for all dads/families/supporters. It relatably - and engagingly - covers everything from rest and nutrition, hiring a handyman (w/out shame), what should be in a dad's hospital bag and managing a NICU stay to recognizing and helping with postpartum depression, constructive feedback from dads of twins, baby-proofing checklists, a sign language starter list, and so much more. Kudos Meghan & Jennifer!
This amazing guide covers EVERYTHING that a twins dad could ask for or need in the first year. The thoughtful guide even covers same sex parents and surrogacy which is so great to see! The easy to read guide is well organized and includes helpful commentary from the mom’s perspective . Nothing is left out, it even includes glossaries of terms for any situation. The attention to detail, including NICU terms, is like no other dad’s guide and will prepare them for the first year and beyond. I loved that baby sign language was included at the appropriate stage. Such a great guide and it could even be used for one baby!!!

A wonderful resource to keep on hand for day to day use..I like how they recognize postpartum depression not only for “mama”but how it effects dads too-How to navigate through it as a supportive partnership with positive reinforcements. The definitions of terms was very insightful especially for the NICU..helpful to know ahead of time to prepare for a unplanned situation. I would recommend this book as it adds humor with their real life examples as they share their practical experiences as twin parents..
A Dad’s Guide to New Born Twins is the perfect gift for any couple expecting twins. The book provides smart, practical information to help you through the pregnancy and first year. The best part of the book is that in each section you get the personal experience of two families’ journeys. Each experience is different so it was great to read each their reactions to the different phases of having twins!
