One Great pan!

Wow! This is one great pan. Totally stick free. I make Mexican casseroles in it, browning burger,onions,and jalapenos with seasoning, then remove and drain, cook riced cauliflower and seasoning in same pan, mix in cream cheese and shredded cheddar, add layer of refried beans on top, layer of sour cream on top of that, a layer of prepared Mexican rice next, then add the meat mixture back on top, drizzle enough beef broth for moisture, top with thick layer of shredded Mexican cheese blend and jalapeno slices (even crushed corn cups if you like), and to the oven in same pan at 350 for 20 minutes to brown the cheese. Believe it or not, this does not stick. It comes out slick as a whistle. And yes, I just gave away my own personal recipe, and it's yummy. Nothing else I cook in it sticks either, and I pop it into the dishwasher for easy clean up. Get yourself one of two of them...you can thank me later. Lol.
