Disney Princesses, but with a dark twist.

This book brings an ordinary man into into a fairytale world with what appear to be slightly older, more mature versions of the Disney Princesses, only reimagined into a tale that would make the brothers Grimm turn green with envy. It starts out in our world, and quickly introduces us to our very unlikely hero, Joe the plumber. For him, what starts as a normal day fixing someone's pipes turns quickly into him helping defend an Arabian palace from a traitorous advisor and his undead army. From that point on, the story progresses very quickly. From creating incendiary devices, to rescuing another princess, to swordfighting, this book is jam packed full of action and adventure. The other parts I really enjoyed were when Joe gets more involved with the Princesses and learns more about their backstories. I can't wait for the next book in the series.
