Love captures the last Valentine Brother real hard!
Reviewed in the United States on August 2, 2020
This story was bitter-sweet for me because it brought to end a series I had come to love that of a successful and extremely wealthy Black Chicago family. Each member high achieving starting with the mother Bridgette and father Leslie who are media moguls to each of their high achieving Septuplet sons and the women each fell in love with and married. The last to go that route is our very handsome and debonair Kyle Valentine as he and his love interest London Jones find their happily ever after. London was crushing on Kyle for years before she got up the nerve to make a full on press for his attention just as he was crushing on her. Somewhere between DeAndre's wedding and their parent's vow renewal Kyle and London found their way to each other, the sparks flew and even the betrayal by a long time family friend of London's parents could not derail what these two shared. Thankfully the mystery surrounding women going missing was also solved by London Kyle. I am glad the visits of why their deceased brother to Kyle was revealed and he was able to grow from it thus releasing his brother to find his rest also. Stephanie, I so enjoyed this story that from the minute I began reading it this afternoon, I was unable to put it down except to take momentary breaks. Now I can concentrate on the Rose family books I have yet to read. I am so glad I got the opportunity to read Kyle and London's story and yes, trust and believe you have a best seller on your hands. So go on Steph and take a well deserved bow, you have earned it with this your final Heart of a Valentine Book. I look forward to hearing this book in audio very soon. Thank you for a story very, very very well told!!!!!
