I'm a senior counselor and this book helps with so many of the problems that the senior population have. I specifically got it because of an Alzheimer's client with whom I'm working. It's good for even those who think their sleep is fine.

Fascinating book! I was delighted to learn that my penchant for preferring a cold room for sleeping makes me normal! Reading this book really gave me an understanding of the causes for inability to fall asleep. I feel that it has helped me learn how to improve my sleep. It gets a little technical in parts, but most of the book is very easy to read and quite fascinating
Great read. Actually I had the entire family interested. It has to be a good one to get everyone's attention in my home. Haven't even finished not quite there but so far it keeps us coming back. Tonight as a family we will get more read if not finished. Great way to get the family to spend quality time together that's the best part for me so far!
