Huge but warm. 5 hours in sub freezing temps.

Overall I like this very much. It gets really warm, and even the lowest setting sometimes feels too hot to grip. I had this in my pocket in 17F temps a few days after getting it, and after about 3 hours the battery had gone from wholly charged to 42%. I guess it will last longer if temps are in the 30s or 40s, but 5 hours of heat in super cold temps seems okay to me.

The negatives are really nitpicks: it’s easy to accidentally toggle the switch from low to high as you’re clutching this in your pocket, and you might accidentally run the battery down faster than you wanted. Also, it’s too big to fit with my phone and my hand into my roomy coat pocket. I’ve had to use it in the opposite pocket from the phone.

I know I will be using this a lot this winter. Overall very happy with it.

Excellent service, well packed, well, made looks like it will work great.
I returned my warmer today, and I was very disappointed with the units performance. I used it the past few days and the unit would not maintain temperature and did not last but about four hours. That was not enough time to warm up and play a round of golf. I purchase this item because it advertised about 12 hours on the minimum setting, I got only about four.

The warmer came with a 60% charge so it took a little over and hour to bring it up to full charge. The display is a game changer. Now one can tell what heat range has been chosen and also the amount of charge left in the unit. On level 1 the comfortably warm to be held in the hand or pocket. On level 3 it really gets warm! It will be perfect for my fall/winter outdoor activities.

The jury is still out deliberating on this product, as I only just received it a few days ago. But so far, it delivers the heat. I got two, one for each hand/coat pocket. One of them seems to run out of power a little quicker, I've noticed. They are both on the same setting. (L2), Haven't tried using them to charge a cell phone, yet.

But I know that's the compromise going in. I'm able to get about 2 hours at the L2 setting and at that point it is somewhere around 20% remaining. Good enough for what I need it for. If I keep it in a pocket, I really don't need to go higher than L2 as it is plenty warm.
