Great air purifier and good customer service

The seller contacted me and let me know that they had their filters, but there was an issue on Amazon's end. Understandable, things happen. I'm updating my review but I'll check back in a few months when I need another one and see if they have them in stock, hopefully they do. Overall great air purifier and good customer service :)

The filter was great at first, I kept this in my room running almost continuously for a couple of months with no issues. I also dab in my room and this purifier works great for getting the lingering smell. Also noticed a difference in air quality in my room.
A few months later to now I realize I have to change my filter, so I search it up on Amazon - sold out, I go on their website - sold out. I look everywhere else online - NOTHING. Apparently, the filter they use is imported, which isn’t usually a problem if we can actually get them when we need it. But no, makes no sense. And every other filter online is not the right specifications either, so it’s not like you can get a different brand and replace it with that since there’s literally none that are the same size.

FILTER WENT BAD 1 WEEK AFTER 30 DAY WARRANTY

I'm so disappointed. I absolutely love this air purifier and it was a miracle worker. I honestly had plans to purchase a 2nd unit. Bought this 10/26/21, warranty said I could return it for 30 days and then 1 week after the return period the filter light is blinking to be replaced and there are no filter replacements to be found on Amazon after searching the model number the seller indicated. Tried clicking on the link the seller provided to find them at on Amazon and it says it's unavailable and they don't know if it'll be restocked. I don't know how to reach the seller so I may have to file a dispute with my credit card company. I had to change my review from 5 stars to 2 stars. So disappointing and a waste of money.

My neighbors are heavy pot smokers of a very strong type and it seeps into our apartment so decided to try an air purifier and this one does great! The sleep mode is basically silent and the light doesnt come on so suitable to leave on all night, have only had to use the medium setting a couple of times and the sound is just fine, even at night. Takes the smell out, would definitely buy again if we need a second one.

Updated Review - I will say that customer service is very responsive and corrected this issue, even though past the Amazon 30 day return/refund policy. I have a replacement unit and no issues. This is for general air purification and not being used for cigarette smoke or pet dander, just general health. We have noticed less congestion from allergens since running these.

My review is mixed on this product as I bought two of these and, not long after the 30 day warranty period expired, one of the units developed an intermittent ticking noise in the fan when set to sleep mode (lowest fan setting). I have checked all screws and seating of the filter, but nothing has changed. I have swapped out both units in different locations, so it is not the setting that has influenced.

This ticking is intermittent and sounds like the fan is either slightly loose on its spindle or is out of balance (which seems impossible for such a small, light, plastic fan). It is an irritating noise when sleeping, so the fan can't be used in bedroom at night. It seems to be fine at the mid and high speeds.

The other air purifier seems to be fine, and best I can tell it does its job as presented.

I have also given a lower review because when I bought these, it was under a package that included an extra air filter. One of the packages could not be fulfilled due to filter not being available. So, I had to pay full price for one of the air purifiers. Of course, I could have returned it, but not good business to run out of filter supply.

This air purifier started making this annoying ticking noise less than two months after purchase. I’ve taken it apart multiple times and checked for loose screws or any indication about what’s wrong—I can’t find anything. It’s obnoxious. Please let me know if there’s a way to make it stop otherwise I’m throwing it out the window and shelling out a little more cash for a Levoit.

The media could not be loaded.

In my video, you can see the smoke moving around it.. it’s due to the fan on top is running.
As you can see when it is closer, it pulls really good… I just not happy, how this works- if I had kept the box it came in. I would send this back. Guess I will use it for other purposes and enjoy the lights changing..

Won’t stop blinking red after having it for 4 months

Kinda disappointed with this. Up until last week this product was working great for the 3-4months I’ve had it. Then it wouldn’t stop blinking red and the color change button stopped working. I had red online that blinking red indicator means it needs a new filter. Which I was a bit surprised because I thought the Hepa filter was good for 8months to a year. I bought a new hepa filter anyways and put it in tonight. Problem still not fixed.

The first item I received was faulty, so I decided to just return it for a refund. I had posted my 1* review with a video, and customer service emailed me directly and asked if they could send me a replacement product, even though I had already been refunded by Amazon, they would just send it out at no cost. After receiving a new one, it does work and pretty well. Only leaving 1 star off for the first faulty one slipping through QC, and this one makes the slightest electronic ringing sound when powered on. Still, it seems powerful for how small it is.

Didn’t work. Even with the power on high - nothing. Picked it up to see if there was something I was missing, and noticed that the fan blades tried to spin & made a terrible noise.
