I should have known better than to start reading this book so late
in the evening. I was totally captivated and just had to finish it.I
may be tired, but I am one happy camper. I love this series with all
of it's yummy biker men. I admire the way they look out for one
another and the women in their lives. Talk about being protective.
I have read all of the books in this series and did not expect to enjoy
Emme and Reyes story as much as I did. Emme had me in stitches of
laughter at times and in tears at other times . She was a contradiction
of being easy to please one moment, then she was a wildcat when you
least expected it. What a dismal existence she had lived until the night
she was rescued by Reyes.
Reyes was one grouchy loner who liked control in his world. He was way
out of his depth with Emme, who turned his world upside down. She
brought out so many emotions that he found difficult to acknowledge.
But he could not deny the connection between them. It certainly did not
take long for her to get under his skin. His need to protect her grew
stronger day by day.
This couple was an unlikely match, but they fit together like a jigsaw puzzle.
I loved that the Fox was featured more in the storyline; he was as eccentric
and dangerous as ever. Last but not least, don't forget the age play theme
that I have come to enjoy in each and every book in this series. I can't wait
to see what the next book brings.
