In my last review I gave it one star since i couldn't find filters. Mooka, was paying attention and do care about their customer's. A month later they e-mailed me that they were now available and they would send me a new filter free of charge. Great customer service. The unit itself is working as advertised. Good product with excellent customer service.

UPDATE: 12/10/21 It has been less than 3 months and it already isn’t working. I have barely used it, it has sat on my bookshelf and I went to turn it on today and nothing happened. Do not buy this item

Works awesome and is super quiet. Fantastic purchase and definitely worth the money.

The first purifier I received ran for 8 hours and then turned itself off and would not start again. I ordered a replacement from Amazon and the cord was missing. I was frustrated but I used the cord from the broken purified on the replacement purifier and it has been running fine. I left a one star review and the company contacted me to apologize for the inconvenience. They sent me a free replacement filter for all the trouble I went through. Since the new purifier works fine and the company has such great customer service, I am updating my review to a 5 star rating. Also, make sure you open the bottom of the unit to take the plastic off of the filter before running the unit. They don't tell you it is wrapped in plastic. The customer service rep also said that they ship the power cords inside of the filter. They don't tell you that either so look out for that.

This air purifier works quickly (tried it after cooking broccoli)! The high speed is a little louder than an oscilating fan but not too bad that it causes anyone to be unable to hear the TV. I have it in an open living/dining/kitchen area and it seems to be working very well.

This air purifier works amazing for the price! San on high for 5 hours and half my apartment just felt better! The air was not thick anymore and it was so much easier to breathe. My allergies are so much better. I love the look. The noise level is pretty good. High mode can be noisy but nothing too crazy, my newborn sleeps through it!

It stopped working one week after the return window closed so I can’t send it back for another one or a refund. I pressed the button to turn it on, the light came on but not the motor. I tried different plugs and checked the filter to see if it was clogged, but those weren’t the issue. It gets a one star rating.

I bought the MOOKA Air Purifier for Home Large Room up to 430ft, because I need an air purifier to clean the air in my room, from cooking smells (lots of peppers, onions, and garlic), and leaf mold spores that come in my window. I have allergies, and had to find a way to live with the things that give me the most problems. This is my first air purifier, so I can't compare it with any other. It seems to take care of the cooking smells issue but I am unsure of the mold spores since it is still winter up here in the far north US. One BIG plus in its favor is that it had a USERS'S MANUAL. I hate when I have to get online to find out how to use something. And the user's manual is my security blanket. So far, so good, but I haven't had it for more that 3 weeks, and didn't actually turn it on for the first week. I hope to give a better review after I have had it for a few months, and can do so with more experience with it.

It seems to be OK in terms of filtering but I am not impressed with the controls. I have read the instructions but they really seem more complicated than they need to be. I think that it was probably designed to be touch sensitive but it is a little hard and you find yourself tapping multiple times. If this is the way it has to be I would appreciate a hand control. Additionally, it seems like at $25 per filter every three months, it is a little pricey, frankly. Finally, and this is probably not the company's fault, the delivery experience was a nightmare.
