To calculate the overall star rating and percentage breakdown by star, we don’t use a simple average. Instead, our system considers things like how recent a review is and if the reviewer bought the item on Amazon. It also analyzes reviews to verify trustworthiness.

Wow . This is the first book in a brand new sci- fi space adventure by Chloe Garner. Never any spoilers from me BUT I can tell you it’s a cracker of a story that will keep you glued to the book to the very end. It has everything going for it; strong characters; solid storyline; excitement; adventure and a touch of romance in the air.
It’s action packed and this is only the first in the series. I am so looking forward to the next book.
I can’t recommend this book enough. It’s a must read.
Ok, this review is going to be a bit disjointed. I loved the Firefly series, abs to me this book has the same vibe even though it’s totally original and different. Doesn’t make sense, I know, but the bottom line is a great, totally exciting plot, superbly crafted characters, fantastic univers-building and wonderful writing. That’s all that really matters if you think of it. And that’s why this book is easy to highly recommend.
Been a while since I wanted more to finish a long series this one is it. Carbon so much still unknown, Savannah so human yet so much more. Monte hero warrior, Harper AI you want on your side.. Oh got to keep reading.

This is just a placeholder until I can write the review of Chloe Father's "The Flight of the Kingfisher (Carbon Chronicles Book 1). It is a good read, with strong characters, realistic dialog, and a story that does not require much for the reader to suspend disbelief.
