Wow Agent Kal and Detective Cora burn up the pages... They are chasing a serial killer, from 10 years ago. Kal thought Cora messed up and wanted her fire back then. But he teams up with her again WOW Spark's fly. This book is so funny and full of action and suspense. Add in a dog name Sam and a puppy named Bonny you really have a great story... Sam is Kal's dog, but he acts like a Police k9 but seeing Sam and Kal together is so good... I really enjoyed this book..... Yes I did receive a copy of this book, but these are my own thoughts.... I did buy this bookset, since I really did enjoy this story.....

I just love these collections. The authors are all very talented and write wonderful stories. This collection is a fun read and I highly recommend it, especially for 99 cents for all these great stories in one collection.

This is another big hit in the Undercover FBI series by Mimi Barbour. The storyline, characters, and writing are well done and extremely entertaining. I absolutely enjoyed this book every bit as much as the rest of the series and highly recommend it.

All the books in this box set are excellent! From naughty to sweet, all were great.

Fire Angel by Susanna Matthew was my favorite.

Jake returns from Afghanistan thinking he’s lost more than a leg. He feels he needs to prove himself all over again. He’s a renown profiler though scared he won’t be able to do the job.

Alexis returns to the hometown she fled. Leaving everything and everyone behind. Life wasn’t kind but she has become a well respect fire psychic. Her last case has left her shaken.

And someone is setting fires all over Jake and Alexis’s hometown. Jake has searched for Alexis since she ran away. But will this time be theirs or will the Fire Angel take more than his revenge?

Five out of five fairy kisses for this reader.

This review is for Looks Like Trouble Uncut - First book by this author for me. The story started off a bit slow, and I wasn't initially sure that I'd like it, but after the first few chapters, I started to get drawn into the story. Zoe and Jace have an instant, red-hot chemistry. After a few relationships gone sour, Zoe isn't sure that a relationship with another bad boy is such a good idea. Jace has seen his share of trouble, but he has an extremely good heart and we see that in his relationship with his niece and how he feels for Zoe. Jace and Zoe face some challenges as secrets are revealed along with some unexpected twists. The story does end in a HEA but there's still a bit of a cliffhanger at the end that will make you anxious to move on to Book II

Suspense and romance never cease to make a formidable combination, and this box set delivers both. So far my favorite story was Fire Angel by Susanne Matthews, which follows an assiduous investigation to find a dangerous arsonist, and the love story that simmers between Jake and Alexis, the two protagonists. An excellent page-turner that will keep you guessing 'til the last page.
