Such was the case with Hunter and Michaela! When he left her almost at the altar a year earlier, it looked bleak for the two of them to ever converse let alone end up husband and wife! When I read God's Word and learned how creative words really are, I became more conscious of how I use my words. I ask the Holy Spirit to help me not to utter any idle words! Hearing Hunter's reasoning for not sharing with Michaela why he chose to go on this health journey alone let me know that not only do words have power, they can dismantle friendships, love affairs and marriages and all other things life is compiled of. Thank you Sheryl for introducing me to this muscular disease that I had not heard of ever until I read it here! I do not even think I have ever heard of anyone getting this disease and pray that sometime soon, a cure is found for it! Thank you also for allowing Hunter and Michaela to find their way back to each other because it showed that they truly loved each other very much! I want to thank each of you ladies individually and collectively for penning this series where each of these Prescott brothers found love and found their way back to love after the funeral of their beloved grandfather. I shed some tears in each of these stories because the characters and the things each of them faced was just that touching to my heart! I love when characters in these stories are so real I can see them in real life settings and become attached to them, their struggles, their hurts and rejoice at their triumphs! You had me crying like a baby in that scene where Michaela lost it and found out just why Hunter chose to undergo his medical trauma alone rather than to burden her with what he went through! I have now come to the last of these award winning stories and loved each and every story, character, ending and all points in between! You ladies can collaborate on a series for me any day and I just want to say again, thank all of you! Each of you did a really great job on the story you submitted to this series! Great works all of them just really, really great!
