So it’s 2:30 A.M. right now and I’ve had a rough day. My frothier, which is basically the only reason I wake up in the morning other than obvious adult responsibilities, stopped working due to a factory defect, leading me to make a terribly boring coffee, no foam. I live for my coffee. Every day I wake up and live in this mundane world and the only thing I look forward to is my coffee that I get to make extra special with the latte foam i make with my little frother. (RIP, it was amazing)
To say I was disappointed was an understatement.
So, I email Zulay customer support, expectations at an all time low. However, I was pleasantly surprised. More than surprised, I was ecstatic.
Who other than the lovely Justine do I have to owe for my inexplicable joy. She emailed me back, apologized profusely for the defect, and shipped me another frothed at no cost with zero questions. That woman is a god-send. She single handedly saved my entire day, week, month, and rest of this god forsaken year.
Justine, because of you I have hope. Thank you for letting me have my mornings back. As we speak I am patiently waiting for my replacement. It’s 2:30 a.m and I’m not fueled by coffee, just happiness.
I love you, zulay. Please give Justine a raise.
