Yes dieting on a nutritional level is in fact a work of science, if you think about it.... Knowing what your obesity levels are in relation to the functionality of your much needed organs and body functions proves just that. It's a work of art, knowing how to mentally and physically stay healthy at the same exact moments. I love that this reading was set up with diagrams, quotes from other dietitians etc. Great Read
