One of the best laid out cookbooks I have ever seen! The index is set out by type of fish and cooking method with clear and orderly instructions. I also particularly like the way the author has listed the prep time and serving info with the nutritional information right up front for each recipe.
So many cookbooks have so many ingredients for relatively simple dishes, plus you end up having to make a special trip to the grocery store for a single ingredient that you probably never use again. I did not find one item that I did not have already in my pantry.
The majority of the dishes are made using either an air-fryer or instant pot which reduces cooking times. However, I did find that converting to regular pans was quite easy.
If, like many people today, you are cutting back on red meat consumption, this book definitely needs to go on your shelf. Highly recommended.
