After chucking my third set of cheap skillets I decided to spend a little more for a better product. So far I have been so pleased with these pans. They cook everything so beautifully and are so easy to clean. They are definitely non-stick. I am making sure I follow the directions so that I can keep them for years. Love these pans and highly recommend.
Update. So I used the lid on my small skillet for the first time. I had the heat on medium when suddenly my lid shattered in a million pieces all over the food, stove, and floor. Rather frightening. I wrote a comment to the seller with no response. I had already had the item too long to get a replacement from Amazon. My large pan had no problem with the lid. I don’t know if I got a defective lid or this is a problem. What a mess.
