Again, it is nice to read a book that does not have everyone just running forward and doing a WWI charge through automatic weapons. Fire and maneuver, supporting weapons, chain of command, and use of cover and concealment, just what they should have done.
Space battles that are fought without inertial dampeners and crews suffering under high G forces.
Loss of life.
No godlike weapons so superior that just one shot kills the enemy. Tactics and maneuvering to bring weapons to bear at the correct time.
So refreshing to read.
