Read this book because I need to get better at discipline myself and keep myself motivated to accomplish my goals. On some days, I don't feel productive, which is fine because rest days are important. But it's best not to let yourself go for too long. This is why I like to read books like this to get myself pumped and stop procrastinating.
I like how this book helps me create the most helpful to-do list that I will actually follow, as well as teach me formulas for evaluating myself. It really helps me in achieving my daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly goals. Must read!

This book is great. I have a hard time myself with self discipline and the author really laid things out how it is. The solutions and tips are great. The only problem about it is that if a person has a laziness issue, they might not finish reading it! Just joking. It is interesting enough to keep people motivated while reading and has the quality to make good change in a person.
