It is 42” ignore folks saying it’s smaller

I have this TV and it is the right size. Folks measuring it at 37 inches do not understand TV sizes. The listing clearly says the outside width of the TV is 37.4 inches. TV sizes are measured diagonally across the screen and this one is 42 inches.

That aside, this TV has been great for us. It arrived from Best Buy (purchased here via Amazon) in Greta condition and we had bought it during a sale. Setup was easy as we have several Fire TVs we knew what to expect. Once hung and setup we are able to control it with Alexa which has worked great in our basement gym.

This product was advertised as a 24" screen TV and the actual size is less than 20". Deceptive and not sold as advertised.

Purchase for husband and he loves it. It's a dual purpose tv in his man cave. Its his computer/gaming/tv all in one with alexa and man I am jealous this tv sure can do pretty much everything. Got it on a prime day deal and thinking I should have gotten 2. Goodness its incredible pictures beautiful on everything he does from gaming to surfing the internet

I bought this TV for $269. IT IS 42 inches. I saw lots of people saying this TV was smaller than advertised in the reviews but they’re wrong. TV screens are measured diagonally and this is exactly 42 inches measured diagonally. Besides that the picture is really clear and I’m SUPER happy with how user friendly it is! Can easily switch from YouTube to Hulu to Netflix. The remote is cute too and has a voice search feature which surprisingly works well.

The media could not be loaded.

I wanted a 50”-55” TV to mount in the corner of my bedroom. But I didn’t want to spend $300 or more and I also didn’t mind purchasing a brand I was unfamiliar with. So keep that in mind lol I’m that person that chooses Samsung LG or better because of quality but I was being cheap. Needless to say; I am extremely satisfied with this Insignia Fire TV, the crazy thing is is I had no idea what an Insignia was (sorry not sorry) nor that this was an Amazon Fire Tv because I didn’t thoroughly pay attention. So basically this tv acts like a Firestick IYKYK. Which is what I was looking for; a smart Tv with an app drawer. The only drawback I have is the tv turns itself off after it has been idle and not to the Amazon screensaver it just turns off off lol—Again just like the firestick. I haven’t found out just yet how to turn that off and I realized there isn’t an option to. Which is why I left 4 stars on smart features—but No biggie. I’m sure it’s energy efficient. The sound is Dolby Theater so it’s good on it’s own. I have my Nyne bass subwoofer bluetooth speaker connected to it and it gives me that movie theater vibe I love. My dog thought I had company over when I was watching a movie lol …the picture quality is perfect. It’s 720 HD, I believe it says higher on the description so just know that beforehand. And it has several connection options. For example it has 3 HDMI ports, DTV Antennae, and even an ETHERNET. Gamers unite! —I mounted mine on an articulating swivel arm mount to be a corner install to face my bed which turned out absolutely PERFECT. Don’t hesitate to buy. Oh and another drawback is the power cord is located in the back right corner so without a raceway kit or cutting into drywall you will have a cord dangling if you want to mount the TV. Not a major issue just an FYI …also this isn’t a Tv with a lot of “bezel” so you get all screen and not even barely an eighth of an inch of bezel…Ignore bad reviews. This was an excellent buy. I spent $260 even. People keep thinking it’s 50” or more but it’s only 43” haha

The Fire stick for my other tv the storage was a problem for me. No one at the time to ask(2am) and it kept putting up a should fix the problem sign or something like it,over and over. WRONG thing to due, well i ripped it out from the back and new tv. Well the TV has no more storage then the stick. The Fire Cube has 3 times as much storage so that was the mind sight I had before i got the Fire Edition TV. The product info did not have that part listed either. So i got me some storage for it. Also the TV told me about emtpying the cache from all apps. Happy-Happy....

I am using this TV as a streaming only device. Prior to this decision I made sure that I had 100M of steady service from my Internet Provider. I have a mesh system and am using the TV wirelessly (WiFi). The setup was SUPER EASY.... I essentially powered it up and followed the step be step easy to understand menu prompts. If you are used to using a Firestick remote than you will be quite comfortable navigating around on this TV.... The picture quality is excellent and the sound is pretty good as well. I wish it had Blue Tooth for wireless speakers. I recommend this product...

I have this TV in my studio, and because I don’t want to run new wiring or upgrade to wireless TV signal options, this was a great fit to stream from all the media providers I use. It is lightweight, very nice picture, has the connections I need (even though there are only a couple options) and runs the apps fast. I don’t have any issues with the sound like others have mentioned because it sits only a few feet away and is clear and rich… but expect audio from a smaller sized TV and not your home theater system. I mounted this with a small swing arm TV bracket so I can turn it around my studio and have enjoyed using it since I added it in my room.

$240+ with Amazon Prime discount, I picked it up for $185. Saved nearly $60. Neighbor S said a few more would help. About the $60 I saved. Love a man that knows more than I do. Still learning. I've owned an Insignia TV years ago (110 pound monster- lol). Lasted long / donated to a family in need. Never had an issue with it / good picture. Used the $60 discount coins to purchase additional computer / TV enhancements. Love Amazon Prime !!!
