Great! except...

... it's not quite as convenient as one would hope.

The layout is exactly what we need -- horizontal orientation and great spacing between outlets so the various "power adapters" all fit without blocking other outlets and it conveniently mounts inside the bookcase by the desk. Phones seem to charge okay but more slowly than one would hope, even with the power adapters unplugged and not much else -- a table lamp -- actually drawing power on the circuit.

This is unfortunate but not a showstopper. The two-pack is great (both have the same performance characteristics) and if I could give this four and a half stars, I would.

USB's Are Not Fast Charging

The power strips seem ok but I was specifically searching for power strips that has usb that are fast charging and these do not. If you are okay with "slow charging" then these will be fine. If like me you want fast/quick charging then these are not the ones.

Works but….

The power strip surge protector is very convenient and works. My only disappointment, the Strip is so light in weight that it turns over and occasionally unplugs items I have plugged in. I’m not sure what the solution is, but a little more weight would keep it flat and immobile.

This is a great surge protector. The cord is long and I like the fact that the plug in part doesn’t stick out of the wall that much, because I use them for on top of my couches, and the other ones stick out too far and gets crushed by the couch. I also love the fact that the cord is Protected like by a breaded cover, and I love the fact that it has the USB ports.
