Loved books these books. I have a question though. Where is book 8???!!!! I’m bummed because I thought the series was complete and was left with a big cliffy.

Each book written as if the author wrote all of the chapters, threw them into the air, and then stitched them together in whichever order they fell. The characters progression all take two steps forward, eight steps back and so forth. You can see she’s trying to create internal struggle and external miscommunication but it really doesn’t pay off. Instead of creating an intriguing relationship, it ends up being wildly confusing. Too many commitments and confessions that have the legs swept out from under them too many times to have any real impact by the end. Could cut most of the chapters and have the same story.

I gave this three stars because I felt bad about giving it two. And I like the characters.

I love that this was the complete series. No cliffhangers! No waiting for the next book! This tells the story of two half brother Alpha leaders set in the future. After Mother Nature takes revenge for global warming. The society is built on Alphas who are rulers and soldiers. Then there are Betas who do the work for society. Then there are the Omegas. They are the only women who can bare children. These two leaders, Zeus and Kayden, rule over England (London) and Scotland respectively. They meet there matches in two sister Omegas. The are the last of the Russian Romanov family. Real life princesses. They are captured and in turn capture their mates. This is a very well crafted and inventive world that Laxmi Hariharan has created. Her characters have such depth to them they leap off the page. And if that’s not enough this boxset is available in audio as well. Where the characters take life and immerse you in their world. The narrators, Tor Thom and Charley Ongel, master the accents and idiosyncrasies of each character. This series was a great pleasure to read and listen to. I highly recommend it.

Six books, two different stories. Both follow the same trope. I love you, but I don't. I want you, but I can't stand you. Really got old. The first story had more of a plot, but waaaay too much internal dialogue. Sadly, I am curious about Talon and Lisa, but I know it will be the same thing.

This amazing series I binge read. It is extremely steamy and stimulating with alpha males that are very dominant. Not for the young teen under 12 years old reading as it’s very erotic and intense. I was reading romance novels at 13 but not this type so she is definitely fabulous at what she is talking about, writing about and everything else that I kept reading. It’s definitely a binge read and so worth buying!

I gave a star to make it 2 stars because it was well written without irritating distracting grammatical errors. Also, because I didn’t complete the 1st tale in the set. But sometimes you just know. There was nothing that I could like about this man. The testosterone was so overdone that I was on the verge of laughing hysterically after choking on the stench. This is not my image of a man I would ever desire.

I really loes this set !! It wasnt what I was thinking it was. But I was pleasantly surprised by it all. Right down to finding out the two Alphas Zues and Kayden were half brothers! Who wold have thought it .And the two women Lucy and Chloe sister who brought a twist of their own too the story loved it a must read !!!
