The power of self-discipline.. that's an important skill to have! Love how this book is filled with 5-minute quick exercises to improve yourself. It helped me continue my goals and follow through on them. I have more determination than before to achieve what I set out to do.

I like the parts in the book where I learned about my discipline style and also how to confront myself to increase my awareness. Great read, very informative!

If you are looking for a no fluff book, look no further. The author addresses in a very structured way the self sabotage mechanisms and many suggestions on how to overcome them. I’ve never come across a book that is quite so brutally honest and relentlessly rational in its approach. It’s refreshing. For instance the author says something like “perfectionism is just a lack of courage and resilience”. Take that. He unmasks then busts excuses like no one else. Great practical read !
