Top positive review
A collection brought forth from myths and legends and given a little oomph by each of the writers.

The first story I've read in this collection "Hands of Fate", is by one of my favorite authors, Ann Gimpel. Her story is based on a legend of a handless maiden, who is haunting a Scottish castle. I don't like to do spoilers so I'll just say that the maiden in question fell in love with someone from another clan, which didn't please her father especially since they were at war. His clan lost and I don't think I have to you what she lost. This happened way before this story takes place and our heroine, one with very unusual and rare power, is called upon to help the ghost of the Handless Maiden. Now the fun part (well maybe not fun) is the gorgeous man who's asking for her help. Okay, that's it, can't say more except to say there's death and almost dying ( yes there is a difference), some astounding happenings by animals, and some oh-so-hot sex. My oh my what is going to happen next. Well be sure and read this story and you'll find out.
The second story I've read is "Touched by Maen Llia", written by another one of my favorite authors, Tracy Cooper-Posey. This story takes place during the fabled time of Camelot, King Arthur, and Merlin, and is based on a real single henge stone located in Wales, which in this story, has a very interesting legend. The heroine, Catrin, is a bastard with a backbone, and knowledge acquired by reading and listening and is a servant to her queen. The hero, Marcus, is sworn to serve King Arthur. These two first met at the stone and what occurs from there, I'm not saying. I will say there is attraction, treachery, death, saving a Kingdom and its people, several revealing eye-opening surprises, all leading to ---- hah, I'm telling. You already have this collection of amazing stories, so be sure and read this one.
