I felt this book did start a little slow like the first book, but not nearly as much. It picked up quickly and there were some complete shocks announced. I couldn't believe some if the things that came out. Definitely a lot more spice in this book. The happiness and devastation that Ayla faces is a roller coaster, I just hope everything works out or I'm going to be upset reading the rest of the series!

So I kept thinking they were like teens with how everything acted out but 18 because of the sex. They’re in their twenties x.x

I love and eh this. Love because some moments are freaking epic and the writing really shines through (especially the sex scenes. Bless). But then other stuff would happen and I’d be like “Oh goodness… can I skip?” I had some uncomfortable moments for reasons like her not checking on Mira more than she did. I’m just saying, if that was my best friend, I’d be doing a lot more.

Kaden is pretty hot. A little irritating, frustrating, more likely, when it came to her bond with someone else. And I got frustrated with her for a time when she wouldn’t like… I don’t know, throw a fit or cut off the love canal when he’d show mistrust. But I guess she took the high road so I can’t FAULT her for that.

Overall I think some parts are cool but it’s the drama that kills me lol

This series is quickly becoming a favorite of mine. The unique world building, characters, and adventures are are fabulous; I can’t put these books down!

I really like where Ayla’s story is going, but the shocking twist in the middle of this book with her enemies definitely threw me for a loop. Not only is that scene a little triggering (forced mating type of scenario), but the information we find out in this moment is not only vital to the story, but it’s came out of left field AND I was not a huge fan. It makes for an interesting story… but ew.

I am still, very strongly, a Kaden fan. But if this man doesn’t stop “testing” Ayla when he says he trusts her, I’m gonna throttle him.

The spice is still hot & heavy in this book, but you definitely get more plot and adventure in this than spice, I’d personally say.

AND THAT CLIFFHANGER..?!? I’m heartbroken!

I can’t wait to see where this story goes, especially with the fourth book, Zodiac Aligned, releasing next week!

I cant stop reading these I have to know where it goes next. This poor girl has sob many ups and downs it's a roller coaster with so really hard drops. When is this girl going to catch a break. Maybe by book four. Must reads and you have to read all of them so plan on it. Not giving away much detail cause they blur togather and I read all of them in a matter of a few days.

I really need to check out the release dates on book sagas before I become obsessed. How am I going to wait until 2024 for book 5?! Here I am, 2 amazing books in and have purchased the next 3 because I'm in too deep now lol so, reading book 3 and 4 in the next day and a half, I'll have memory of the first 4 books when I finally get to read the 5th. Oh well, im too in love with the characters and the story as a whole that I guess I'll just have to reread all 4 of them again when we get closer to the release date of book 5!
