We are not machines, because we are humans. Anyway, this does not deny the possibility of implementing some best practices for machine usage. The application of algorithmic thinking to problems in our daily lives may be beneficial. Any problem can be solved using the methods presented in this book. It presented you with concrete, easily detectable, and followable problems, such as procrastinating on work. It also shows that this technique could be applied to a more abstract, emotionally charged problem. For me, it was an excellent read. A well-researched, and engaging work.
