Sydney is trying to figure out the truth in a serial murderer's case. This wasn't a story I could read before bed. Evil is still evil, fiction or not. Thankfully good things are happening around her, and that lightens the heaviness that is Syd's. Interesting mystery and enjoyable family and friend relationships.

This story was very repetitive and the victim names that were repeated over and over became something to just skim through! I couldn’t wait to get it over with and thought about putting story away unfinished!
