First off, it took me a little longer to read this book. Due to my Daughter’s wedding. I usually devour this author’s books in a day or two. Patraig is someone you hear about in the background in most of the other books. There’s talk about him being very handsome. but nothing else. Finally, we get to hear all about Patrick. He’s a little different than his other warrior cousins, he likes to roam and travel.
Gisela is beautiful and devoted to her niece and nephew who she had to care for when their mother passed away. She is promised to a lunatic. She doesn’t longer want to marry him. She has feelings for Patraig, but is not sure if he is truly the one
I loved hearing about Patraig and his relationship with his parents. I love reading all about the Grants any chance I can get. I love that this a story takes off right after book 2. This book was a thrill to read. it was intriguing, it has a villain. there is a journey that they must go through before they find out how they really feel about each other. Everything you could want for a book. I highly recommend this book.If you haven’t read the first two books, I do recommend you read them first. A new family has embarked on the Grants; they are a great family, as well, and suddenly their lives are mixed in with the Ramseys. and Grants. You think people would leave them alone, with that power behind them, but there are foolish clans. Enjoy!!
there is one more book to read in the series and I can’t wait for that either all of Kiara’s Monclair’s books are wonderful!
